- Enroll online by completing the application.
- Enroll in person by visiting a Personal Banker at any Community Bank & Trust locations.
To Access
- Dial 1-800-676-8713 to enter the Telebanc System.
- To access account information press 1 for English. Press 2 for Spanish.
- For account information and transfers press 1
- Enter your Account Number followed by the # key
- Account type:
1 - Checking or Money Market
2 - Savings
3 - Certificate of Deposit
4 - Loan - Enter your Community Connection Personal ID Number followed by the # key
- You will be offered a series of menu choices which you can access by pressing the appropriate button on your touch tone telephone.
- You may exit the system at any time by simply hanging up
